Marcella Gayle Rhodes

Marcella Gayle Rhodes, 50, of Tempe, Arizona, passed away on the morning of July 2, 2017 at Banner Desert Hospital. Visitation will be at 5:00 PM on Friday, July 14, 2017 and the funeral service is at 10:00 AM on Saturday, July 15th at Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens. Pastor Floyd Gammage of the Straight Gate Church will be officiating the services. Cremation will follow the funeral and her remains will be buried at Paradise Memorial Gardens.

Marcella was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico on November 25, 1966. She graduated from Marcos de Niza High School and continued to receive a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science from Arizona State University’s School of Engineering.

Marcella enjoyed meditation, long bike rides, gardening, crochet and most of all spending time with her family.

Marcella is survived by her parents, Lawrence and Julie Rhodes; her 3 children, David Allen Gammage, Daniel Lawrence Gammage, and William Thomas Gunderman; and the rest of her family and friends.
