Maria Elena Delgado

Maria Elena Delgado, of Phoenix, passed away peacefully on May 25, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Maria Elena was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose kindness, strength, and joyful spirit touched everyone who knew her. She had a vibrant personality and a quick wit, always able to bring laughter, comfort, or guidance when it was needed most. She believed in working hard, standing tall, and living with resilience.

Her greatest happiness came from her family. She cherished every moment spent together, creating lasting memories filled with love and laughter. She especially enjoyed playing games like bingo and lotería, bringing people together and filling the home with conversation, and joy. If she wasn't reading her favorite books written by Marcial Lafuente Estefania you would find her watching Caso Cerrado, El Chavo del Ocho and WWE where you could hear her cackling down the hallway.

She is survived by her beloved children, Norma and Francisco; her cherished grandchildren, Javier, Ariel, Carolina,Aurora, Joaquin, and Antonio; and her treasured great-grandchildren, Rome, Landen, Lilyana, Kiara, Jesse, Julie, Lexiana, Mario Jr., and Velkan.

Maria Elena will be remembered for her loving heart, and her strength. Her legacy lives on through the family she cherished and the many lives she touched.

Though she will be deeply missed the memories she created will remain forever in the hearts of her family.
