

Mitchell S. Palmerin, 77, beloved father, grandfather and friend, passed away on September 18, 2017. Mitchell was born May 5, 1940 to Jessie and Miguel Palmerin, in Decoto, California. At the age of 19 he moved to Phoenix, AZ, where he met Connie Alvidrez. This union was blessed with three children, Cynthia Ann Peterson (Tony), Patricia Palmerin, Mitchell Steven Palmerin and grandchildren. Mitchell is lovingly remembered by his children, grandchildren and life partner Rose Marshall and family.
Mitchell was a highly skilled bookbinder; he worked at Roswell Bookbinding for over 20 years, then opened a business with his brother-in-law and nephew “B & B Book Binding”, and then ventured off to open his own business “MP Bookbinding”. He specialized in restoring and repairing Bibles and old Books, he would get referrals from bookstores that specialized in used and rare books. Mitchell continued to do the work he loved until he retired at the age of 74.
Mitchell was a great brother, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. He was determined, funny, and generous and loved to joke with everyone. He enjoyed spending time with his family and enjoyed going to the casino.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Jessie and Miguel Palmerin, three brothers, Ralph, Johnny and Bobby and two sisters, Angie and Clara. He is survived by his sister Rosie and two brothers Paul and Richard.
