So sorry to hear of Ron's passing; I'm sure he'll be fondly remembered by many. I also worked with Ron in Torque Converters. He was always pleasant, a voice of reason and very supportive and effective in developing the team around him. Ron was the one who started me on a new career path in CVSP, for which I've always been extremely grateful to him. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

To Joyce & Family,
So sorry to hear of Ron's passing.
I knew Ron for most of my career at Ford, but only had the opportunity & pleasure to work with him in Torque Converter Engineering during my last few years before our retirement. He was always a gentleman, a positive person & a good engineer.
Kathie & I had dinner with you & Ron & after his retirement he invited us to a "behind the scenes" tour of Fairlane when he was a docent there.
You are in our thoughts & prayers.

I had the opportunity to work with Ron several times and in several departments while at Ford. Ron was just a great great guy. He carried out his work in a calm, methodical and thorough way all the time. What a great gentleman. From Lisa and myself to the whole Weary family, our deepest condolences.

To: Joyce and the Weary family

I just wanted to express my shock and sadness in hearing of Ron's passing. It just seems like yesterday that we met for our annual get together to exchange updates on our families, interests and health. I always looked forward to those meetings and now will truly miss them.
Ron and I had work cubes near each other at Ford and would sit down occasionally for "chit chats" to discuss what ever was on our minds. This is how it all started and fortunately this carried into our retirements.
What I liked about Ron was that he was such a good person; pleasant personality, good values, always did the right things. I hope you get some comfort from these memories like I will.

Parviz and Iwere saddened to hear of the passing of Ron. We have good memories of Ron and Joyce and their two daughters. Ron was always a gentleman, soft spoken, kind and thoughtful. Ron was truly a pleasure to work with. We also enjoyed getting together with the two families for dinners at each other's homes.
Joyce and their daughters are in our thoughts at this sad time.

I met Ron when I worked for the Henry Ford Estate. He was a very nice guy, and very smart. We would talk about the X-8 project when he had time, or when he had lunch with us volunteers. It has been many years since I have seen him, but, still remember those days when I worked there. Always remember seeing him engaged and would smile when you said " Hello ". Thanks for the wonderful conversation and Memories.

To Ron's Family,
I am very sorry to learn of Ron's passing. For many of my early years as an engineer at Ford, Ron was my Principal Engineer at the Borin Building in Livonia, MI. I appreciated his patience in explaining assignments and especially his calm demeanor during chaotic times. He was such a nice, caring person. A dedicated Ford employee and dedicated family man. And a role model for those who had the good fortune to spend time around him, like myself.
You have a lifetime of memories with him and may they be a blessing to you forever.
