Rose Ortiz Arbizu, 78, born in Phoenix, Arizona, passed away April 20, 2016. She is survived by 3 sisters; Lena, Stella and Nellie, 12 children; Lucy, Frank, Joey, Tony, Manuel, Cecilia, Mark, Martha, Jessie, Anna, Juan and Maria, 31 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. She was loved and will be missed. A visitation will be held, Thursday, April 28, at Rest haven/ Carr Tenney Mortuary, 4310 E Southern Ave., Phoenix from 10-12 with Funeral services to immediately follow at noon.
