Dearest Samantha and Family,

Sammybugz, you are so loved and missed.  I was blessed to have spent nine years with you in my life and you taught me many lessons.  You brought two beautiful daughters into this world who will live on as a part of you.  You often pop into my heart and mind, and that will never change.  Heaven received an angel and you now have the peace that you have always deserved.  Rest in God's glory, grace, and love sweet Samantha.

Samantha Joy Lopez was a vibrant soul whose light shone brightly in the lives of those who loved her. From a young age, her talent was evident to everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. She had a voice that could fill a room, singing with a passion that touched hearts deeply. Her love for music extended to the violin, an instrument she played with grace and emotion.

But Samantha was more than just her talents. She was smart, with a keen intellect that made her a joy to converse with. Her sense of humor was infectious, bringing laughter and joy to her family and friends. Samantha’s goofy, playful side was a delight, showing her ability to find happiness in the simplest of moments.

Kindness and love radiated from Samantha. She had a generous spirit, always ready to help others and spread positivity. Her family loved her intensely, cherishing the moments they shared and the beautiful memories they created together.

Though the world may not have always seen her true potential, those who knew Samantha understood that she was a unique and special individual. She was more than her struggles and more than her challenges. Samantha Joy Lopez was a talented, loving, and extraordinary person whose impact will never be forgotten.

There is nothing anyone of us can say to make this pain and sorrow fade away.  Samantha’s life cannot be described by anyone as we did not walk in her shoes. We know there are people that claim to be brave and strong but when we compare our life that we live to Samantha’s, she is the definition of a brave and strong soul. Samantha is the one who truly walked alone and let nothing stop her until that one day, God called out to her and took her pain, her loneliness, and her suffering.  God has her now and none of us will ever understand why, but at some point, I am sure Samantha spoke with God and remembered the poem; Footprint in the Sand…
