He is Survived by his children Mary Duran (Mayue), Santiago Medina Jr (Chucho), Margie Vasquez, Rosie Medina, Jessie Medina, Lori Medina and Debbie Duran also by his grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, to remember the ones in heaven his Wife Socorro Medina and son Mico Medina.
We will all miss him and he will always be remembered by those of us who knew him and loved him. Although we will miss him, his smile, his laughs, his talks, his little dances, his love and his unique way of saying our names.

A visitation will occur Friday, July 6, 2018 at 9:00 AM at Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, 4310 East Southern Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85042. A prayer service will occur Friday, July 6, 2018 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Saint Francis Catholic Cemetery, 2033 N 48TH ST, Phoenix, Arizona 85008
