I am Jean Hanson. Shirley was my aunt. She loved me unconditionally and ALWAYS was ready with hugs for me. She made me feel special. Every birthday and I mean every birthday of my life she remembered me with a card and loving note. This past October was the first she ever missed. Same goes for Christmas. My daughter, Julia grew up knowing Shirley through photos  that I had   and the notes  Shirley would write to her. There was always a dose of humor involved in these notes. Thank you Melinda, for investing your time and energy, into caring for AND getting to know Shirley. Also thank you  for negotiating and smiling through her stubborn  times. I had the pleasure to care for Shirley for a year, though she very stubborn I enjoyed every minute, everyday! I came to think of Shirley as my own grandmother. Shirley will be missed by so many of us at Comforcare Love you Shirley. Rest peaceful and pain free.
