39, of Phoenix, AZ passed away on March 13, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. Sylvia was born to Benjamin and Maria Cruz on July 28, 1973 in Tucson, AZ. Sylvia lived her life to the fullest everyday and was always a joy to be around. She was always smiling and happy and truly enjoyed the company of her family and friends and will be sorely missed by those who knew her. A visitation will be held at Resthaven Park Mortuary, 4310 E.
