There are many memories I have of grandpa. But the one that stands out the most is whenever I used to go visit and have lunch or dinner with him he always introduced me as his grandson to other residents where he lived and just sitting a talking and hearing stories of when he was a kid and the day he met grandma. He was so proud of his three girls he told me he said one day when i asked him how they were as kids and the only thing he said was "They grew up to be very strong and beautiful women" He was also proud of his many grandchildren he told me. He will always have a special place in my heart.  REST EASY YOUNG MAN. I love and miss you you grandpa.

My favorite memories of grandpa are of him spending time with me, loving me and his amazing smile! I have so many memories of him I can't pick only one, but the picture I have shared says it all about my favorite memories with my grandpa! 💙

I had the best Dad in the world! He was always very supportive, guided me through my life with great advice, and I knew he would always be there for me. His advice always started with 'If it were me....' and not with 'this is what you have to do'. So it always came in a way that was my choice. 

My Dad was very funny! He always had sayings that he would come up with at the appropriate time. Not too long ago I took him to have tacos for lunch and when we got in the car to go home he said 'Head to the roundhouse Nelly, they can't corner you there!'. This was the first time I had heard this one! 

Everyone loved my Dad and was always telling me so. The staff at the hospital would smile and comment how sweet he was. At Amethyst where he lived in assisted living, they all said how they loved him and how funny he was including the tenants who lived there. 

I will miss my Dad but I am at peace with his passing. I know he is happy and has a calm, peaceful mind. The best thing is that he is back with my Mom.
