She was born November 27, 1949 in Titusville, PA to James Elson Burnside and Juliaetta (Proctor) Burnside. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and 3 of her siblings; Ernestine Janet (Burnside) Rogers, Stephan Guy Burnside, Matthew Edison Burnside, Sr. She is survived by siblings; Juanita Elsie (Burnside) Perkins, James Elson Burnside, Jr., Judith Ann (Burnside) Mehlberg, Louella Lee (Burnside) Canez, Jonathan Albert Burnside; nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
She worked for Motorola for 30 years. She loved her dogs "the boys", traveling, art, books, puzzles, photography, antiquing, and her passion was doll making. She traveled internationally and received many awards and prizes for her beautiful and one of a kind dolls.
A memorial visitation and viewing will be held at Resthaven/Carr-Tenney Mortuary, 4310 East Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042 on Thursday, January 31, 2019 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. A graveside service will be held at Resthaven Cemetery, 4310 East Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042 on Friday, February 1, 2019 at 10:00 AM
