Regretfully, I did not have the opportunity to know Mr. Constable. We only met for a brief time at Matt and Lisa's wedding. After reading the heartfelt statements here from people who did have the good fortune to know him, it is clear he was a very devoted, passionate man who was one that did leave his 'world' a better place and countless people better off for having known him.

My deepest sympathy Barbara and Matt and for all his family and friends.

I so enjoyed working with Bill and getting to know him. He was always interested in me and when he asked how I was doing he really meant it. I appreciated his sense of humor and have great respect for his work as business leader, his love for his family, his devotion as husband- oh yes, then there was that little hobby. I loved his passion for trains and their place in American history. I will miss Bill and will pray for Peggy and the rest of his great family.

My thoughts are with Aunt Peggy and my Arizona cousins at this time. Uncle Bill was one of the funniest, yet kind men I know. I have so many good memories of him in my early years, and again, when I brought my mom and kids out for a visit. He will never be forgotten:)

Bill, your legacy of service to the elderly is honor above all. You and Peggy have left us with an example of what we should dedicate ourselves to each day. You were alway a great help to me with AHCA business, and I am in your debt. May your new journey be a fun one.

Bill was one of the sweetest men I know! Always a smile! I was always welcomed as an extended part of the Constable family and lovingly referred to Bill as "Dad" over the past several years! I want to thank Bill for all his love and support of his family, his residents and our industry! He truly left his mark and will never be forgotten, but surely will be missed every day by many. My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone in the Constable family.
