My great Uncle Charlie created a deep sense of appreciation of nature and the ocean to those he knew. I'm grateful to have been impacted and inspired by his life.

My memories of being with my Uncle Charlie are filled with good memories.  There was one memory that is so vivid to me with my Uncle, Aunt Dee, and my cousins taking me fishing. I can remember casting out my line and getting it caught in the rocks below, and remembering my uncle telling me not to catch it down there.   My Uncle had to go down to free my line.  Low and behold, I caught a Starfish!  I was so excited!  My uncle brought it up to me to show me!  That was a great day!  I can also remember going water skiing with my uncle, auntie, my cousins and my family.  Those are some of my best memories!  Thank you Uncle Charlie!

To my cousins, Robert, Charlene, Danny and their beautiful families.   My heart goes out to you today, during this time of sorrow.  Let me just say, I feel your pain.  God, I know, is holding all of you close to His heart.  I will pray for all of you.  My Uncle is now with his beautiful bride, my Auntie Dee, and the rest of our families, whom I'm sure, met my Uncle during his passing.  May my Uncle rest in peace knowing how much he was loved.
