Diane E Lopez

Born on March 10, 1951 in Los Angeles, CA. To Ignacia and Jesus Lopez. Diane lived a life marked by love and her generosity in helping those who needed help. She worked as an Administrative Secretary for Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services for 25 years, prior to that she worked as a Lead woman for ACE Industries aerospace along side her husband Felipe Lopez. Diane, decided to leave the aerospace company and choose to go back to school, to find a better career, She found that career with DCFS, where she started off as a clerk and moved her way up to Administrative Secretary IV. Diane was known for her crafts, and decorations for every season, her witty jokes and her bubbly personality, and lets not forget her straightforwardness.

Diane is survived by her husband, Felipe Lopez, Daughter Bernadette Esquivel, son-in-law, Manuel Esquivel, Grandchildren, Anthony, Michael and Elaine Esquivel, Great-grandchildren, Ezechiel Anthony Esquivel, Ava Esquivel, and her brother Richard Lopez.

Memorial and Funeral Services will be held on, Monday, June 22, 2026 at Del Angels in Pico Rivera, followed by the Funeral on, Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at Calvary Cemetery in East Los Angeles, CA.

Diane will be remembered for her, for her love she shared with her family, her values and the impact she made on others. She will be deeply missed by family, friends and all who knew her.
