

John "Johnny" Luna, age 76, passed away on June 2, 2026. Born on May 24, 1950, he lived a life defined by his devotion to family and his appreciation for life's simple pleasures.
A man who truly valued the company of others, Johnny was known for his vibrant spirit and warm personality. He was happiest when surrounded by friends, sharing a drink, telling stories, or casting a line into the water while fishing.
Johnny leaves behind a large and loving family who will carry his memory forward. He is survived by his beloved wife, Josie, with whom he shared a lifetime of love, family, challenges, and unwavering commitment. He was a proud father to his children: Denise, Barbara, Johnny, Lisa, Amber, Ivy, Desiree, and Johnette. He now reunites in peace with his daughters, Eileen, who passed away in 1972, and Lorraine, who passed away in 2024.
His legacy lives on through his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, including Steven and Daniel, whom he raised as his own and lovingly considered his sons. He is also survived by his three sisters, Barbara, Juanita, and Lisa, as well as many nieces and nephews. He now reunites with his baby brother, Raul, who passed away in 2025.
Johnny's presence brought life to every room he entered. He will be remembered for his laughter, his stories, and the deep love he held for those closest to him. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him, and he will be dearly missed.
