Manny left Helgueres, Asturias, August 31, 1955. He came to Northern California, lived with relatives in Corning CA, before moving to Los Angeles. My father told of various jobs he had, before he found his ultimate passion of driving a truck. Manny made the best of every situation, and did exactly what he wanted, when he wanted - which, if you didn't agree, you at least had to respect that he did it his way!
