Amos was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, and cherished friend. He graduated from Assumption High School, Class of 1978 and went on to build a fulfilling career as an electrician, a profession he took great pride in. Amos was a hardworking and selfless man who always put the needs of others before his own. He had a warm and welcoming spirit and never met a stranger. Amos knew how to have a good time.
He is survived by his wife of forty-two years, Julie Bergeron Boudreaux; one son, Dustin “Digga” Boudreaux; three grandchildren, Cain Casso, Cohen Lopez and Dakota Boudreaux; five siblings, Sterling Boudreaux Jr., Brenda Landry, Connie Boudreaux, Sally Crochet and Paula Daigle.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Stormy Boudreaux; parents, Sterling Sr. and Linda Boudreaux; one brother, Hank Boudreaux and his father and mother-in-law, Ray and Dolores Bergeron.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at St. Anne Catholic Church in Napoleonville. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m., followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in the church mausoleum.
