Anna Mae Metrejean, 71, died on Thursday, March 14, 2013. She is survived by her husband, Leonie Metrejean; daughter, Jennifer and husband Leo Landry; three sons, Rodney Metrejean and wife Paula, Scott Metrejean, and Troy Metrejean; 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and sister, Shirley Saltzman.
Preceded in death by her parents, Alcide and Ann Oufnac; sister, Velma Oufnac; and brother Russell Oufnac.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 17, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. and will resume on Monday, March 18, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. at Ourso Funeral Home in Pierre Part. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church Hall in Pierre Part. Celebrant will be Rev. Clarence Waguespack. Entombment to follow in church mausoleum.
