Atlas Joseph Bourg

Atlas Bourg, 71, died December 29, 2015 at Teche Regional Hospital in Morgan City following a brief illness. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and will be missed by all who loved him. Atlas leaves behind his two sons, Scotty Bourg and Toby Bourg and fiancé, Miranda LeCompte; one daughter, Kristie Bourg; 11 grandchildren, Jason, Jordan, Toby Jr., Blaise, Dillon, Brayden, Tyler, Elizabeth, Megan, Bobby Jr., and Christopher; three step grandchildren, Colby, Johnathan, and Nathan Chauvin; two sisters, Delta Bourg Short and Elvina Bourg Cedotol; two brothers, Albert Bourg an Davis Bourg; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Dupre Bourg and Pricilla Sanchez Bourg; one sister and brother-in-law, Elta and Eric Bourg Allemond.
