Christopher "Chris" Francis Landry Sr.

Chris was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, godfather, uncle, cousin, and friend. He had a deep passion for the outdoors and found great joy in fishing, hunting, crawfishing, and crabbing. Chris looked forward to spending time at the Landry camp where many memories were made. An exceptional cook, Chris took pride in bringing people together through his meals. Anyone who stopped by knew they would be welcomed with warmth and a delicious dish waiting for them. His generosity, kindness, and love for sharing good food and good times will be remembered by all who knew him.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his three children, Erica Landry Theriot (Gillis), Christoper Landry Jr. and Gabrielle Landry (Steven); three grandchildren, Mackenzie Landry, Jace Theriot and Cruz Sarrio; mother of his children, Sandra Aucoin Landry; two siblings Sam Landry Sr. (Angela) and Betty Jo Landry and his four nieces and nephews, Britni Landry, Tiffany Hebert (Ronnie), Sam Landry Jr. and Anthony Landry.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Betty Carver Landry.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 11am until 1pm. Interment to follow at St. Jospeh the Worker Catholic Church Mausoleum.
