

Earans “Noonie” Breaux Jr., 54, of Pierre Part, LA succumbed to lung cancer at his home on Monday, January 19, 2015 surrounded by his family and friends. He is survived by his wife Wanda Landry Breaux of twenty six years; two daughters, Erin “Baby girl” Breaux and Courtney and husband Josh Dencausse; two sons: Dylan and Joshua Breaux; mother, Yvonne Breaux; two sisters: Doreen and husband Wayne Blanchard and Dolores Dallas; two grandchildren Anna and Christian Dencausse; mother-in-law, May Landry, sister-in-law Jennie & husband Charles Simmons, sister-in-law Gloria Landry, brother-in-law Junius and wife Mel Landry, brother-in-law Davis and Wife Karen Landry; numerous nieces and nephews and his dog Chico.
Noonie was a loving husband, father, uncle, and friend to many. He worked for Performance Contractors for twenty two plus years and was forced to stop due to his sickness. He enjoyed sports, cooking, tattoos, fishing, telling jokes and getting together with his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Earans Breaux, Sr.; grandparents: James “Jimmie” Breaux and Elizabeth “TootToot” Breaux, Kennedy Breaux and Adia Hebert Breaux; father-in-law Junius Landry Sr; brother-in-law Henry Landry; and brother-in-law Pete Dallas. A special thanks to all our friends and family who have been there to help and support us throughout his illness, Dr. Gerald Miletello and his staff of Baton Rouge Pennington Cancer Center, Heart of Hospice and staff, and St. Joseph the Worker staff. Visitation will be held at Ourso Funeral Home in Pierre Part on Friday, January 23, 2015 from 5pm until 9pm. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 8am till 10:45am. Following, there will be a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Pierre Part at 11am. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.
