Edward "Tookie" Francis Breaux Jr.

Tookie was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. He was a true man of God whose faith was unwavering. His love for Jesus was deep and undeniable, and his faith was a guiding light throughout his life. He lived his life with a love for God and for others, leaving a lasting impression on everyone blessed to know him. Tookie was a devoted husband who truly loved and cherished his wife and always put her needs before his.

Tookie was a talented man with a deep passion for music. Music was a special part of his life, and he had a God-given gift for playing just about any instrument he picked up. Whether making music for family and friends or simply enjoying the gift he had been given, his musical talent was something that brought joy to those around him. In his younger years, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was proud to have served in the National Guard and honored to have served his country.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of sixty-one years, Linda Landry Breaux; three children, Kevin Breaux, Chad Breaux (Leslie) and Kallie Breaux Bailey (Michael); numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and his sister, Gail Crochet (Randy).

He is preceded in death by parents, Edward Sr. and Theresa Tourere Breaux and his sister, Evelyn Mabile.
