Miss Frances was a very sweet and good person. I worked with her for a few years. She was a good friend and coworker. She will be missed by her family and friends. I'm sure God was waiting with open arms at the gates of heaven.I'm truly sorry for your loss.

My mother Elise LeBlanc Bello (daughter of Felix Gene LeBlanc & Lydia Landry LeBlanc) was Frances' first cousin; Momma died October 12, 2008. My sister Marsha & I grew up in Lakeland, La. and I remember visiting relatives in Pierre Part as children. Unfortunately, it's been so long since we've gotten together, but I recall Momma always sharing her fond memories of her childhood with Frances and her other cousins from "down the bayou." My deepest regrets to all of you. Frances and Elise will reunite in Heaven!
