

He was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge 251. He was employed by CF Industries for over 35 years where he was a member of Local 198 Plumbers and Pipefitters. He was known for his tremendous work ethic. He enjoyed hunting, crawfishing, watching western movies, but most of all spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren.
He was survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Darlene Gaspard; daughter, Jamie Gaspard Marino (Dave); two grandchildren, Ayden and Kynlee Marino; Godchild, Lori Leonard; two nieces, Trudy Domangue and Brittany Landry; nephew, Chet Gaspard; and sister-in-law, Debra Gaspard.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Flavia Gaspard; and brother, Horace Gaspard. Grady will be remembered for his kind heart, great sense of humor and will be deeply missed by family, friends and all who knew him.
The pallbearers will be Chet Gaspard, Ayden Marino, Donald Aucoin, Russel Himel, Dave Haynes, Ronald Aucoin and Tracy Aucoin.

A visitation will be held on Monday, August 5, 2024 from 9:00 am at Ourso Funeral Home until the Mass of Christian Burial for 12:00 pm at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Pierre Part. Interment to follow at Sacred Heart Mausoleum in Belle River. Father Al Davidson will be officiating.
