Isabelle Landry Verrette

Isabelle Landry Verrette, 86, a native and resident of Pierre Part, passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2016. Isabelle leaves to cherish her husband, Alcee Joseph Verrette; two daughters, Sandra Verrette Grisaffe and Brenda Verrette Westerman; two sons, Mervin Verrette and Donald Verrette; eight grandchildren, Christina Grisaffe, Derrick Grisaffe, Kirsten Jones, Lyndy Russell, Brandon Verrette, Nicole Cavalier, Chelsea Verrette, and Mike Verrette; five great grandchildren, Colin Jones, Lilly Bolt, Lilah Soderman, Samantha Verrette, and Britney Verrette. She was preceded in death by her parents, Linda Newchurch Landry and Edward Landry; two brothers, Emile and John Landry. Pallbearers will be Mervin Verrette, Donald Verrette, Derrick Grisaffe, Stanley Grisaffe, Daniel Leonard, Corby Jones. The family requests that visitation be observed on Tuesday, July 26th from 8:30am until 10:45am at Ourso Funeral Home in Pierre Part. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church with graveside following in the church cemetery. Officiating the services will be the Reverend Al Davidson.
