Joyce was a sweet lady and friend. I knew her from when she first moved to Pierre Part, when my nephew was friends with her son , Shannon. I had the pleasure to clean her apartment not so long ago for the Council on Aging. She was a jokester, loved to cook and share meals with her friends and neighbors. My great granddaughter called her maw maw Joyce. She would give her apples when she’d pop by cause lived across the hall upstairs from her. She was loved and will be missed.

My best memories was of me and you just sitting on your porch talking or Anthony goosing you in the ribs when you worked the floor at the auction and you’d jump it was always so funny. We had so many laughs and always cut up with one another ; it was always a good time when you were around I have so many more wonderful memories of you . It still seems so strange to look beside dad’s house and see an empty lot since you moved south but every time I’m there I always think of you being there.

To the family of Joyce Moore Boggs, please accept sincere condolences from my family. May the comforting words of Jesus Christ recorded at John 5:28, 29 console your hearts. It states - Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life......”. Keep your eyes focused on Jesus Christ and none of you will ever be disappointed. Once again, sincere condolences. Kind regards
