Kirk Joseph Miller

Kirk Joseph Miller, 58, died on Friday, March 13, 2015. He enjoyed taking his daughter, Evangelyn, who was the love of his life out in the boat to enjoy the Atchafalaya Basin. Whether taking her and her friends shopping or letting them ride the four wheeler, he lived to be her dad. He liked fishing and hunting with his brother, cousins and friends, but most of all he loved to help those he cared about.

He is survived by his daughter, Evangelyn Marie Miller; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Sandra and Mark Crochet, Julie and Lee Hines; one brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Angela Babin Miller; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Preceded in death by his parents, Annie Oufnac Miller and George Miller.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 16, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. at Ourso Funeral Home in Pierre Part. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church at 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Belle River.
