Nilton Joseph Blanchard

A lifelong resident of Belle River, he passed away Friday, January 11, 2013 at the age of 62. He is survived by his mother, Emelda Ackman Blanchard; daughter and son-in-law, Rhonda Blanchard Hebert and Glenn; sons and daughters-in-law, Timmy Paul Blanchard and Robin, Tony Joseph Blanchard and Rozaline; sisters, Joyce Blanchard Melancon; brothers, Morris Adam Blanchard, Denray Paul Blanchard; and grandchildren, Brittany Hebert Sedotal, Trey Micheal Blanchard, Taylor Jon Blanchard, Brooke Olivia Hebert, Hallie Ronell Blanchard, Robert Joseph Blanchard, and Remmy Paul Blanchard. He is preceded in death by his wife, Joe Ann Richard Blanchard; daughter, Ronell Marie Blanchard; and father, Harry Blanchard. Visitation will be at Ourso Funeral Home, Pierre Part, Sunday, January 13, 2013, from 5:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Visitation will resume Monday, January 14, 2013, from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Following, religious services will be held at Church of God of Prophecy in Belle River.
