To my  brother Chris. Today is your birthday. You would have been 59. It doesn't feel the same without us celebrating our birthdays together. Having both our names on a cake. Certain times I do get a bit sad being with just 1 brother. Would have wanted to do more things with you. Well I hope you celebrating up there in heaven. When it's my time we going to take it up a few notches. Happy Birthday !!!!!!!!

Chris had a wonderful, loving family and is smiling down upon them.  He is happy and whole.

It's been 2 years ago today. Still miss having you here.  I think about certain things  we been through.  Kinda hoping we could have done a bit more.  Hanging out with Mark and John when we were younger.  So much fun.  We going to meet again.  Miss you Chris. Love you. 

I will always miss Chris. His enthusiasm for the things he did, the places he went, and the people he loved was infectious and unbounded. My cousin had his passions and a devoutly trusting nature, and more setbacks than he deserved for such a loving soul, but his duty and care for his family was an inspiration. He would call me often to see how my own family was doing, encouraging me to continue my Sclafani family history research and always looking for the latest information I was able to find. I never understood his being a fan of the Washington Redskins, which is my local NFL team and that I do not care to follow, but I forgave him for that character flaw. Yet his willingness to help out his mom and dad, brothers and sisters whenever they asked was admirable. 

I can only wish fond memories for his parents, brothers and sisters on this dear man, and I offer them my deepest condolences on his passing.  Rest in peace Chris.

Today your body has joined your soul with God.  Will miss talking with you about our Giant and Redskins games, but now you are free to enjoy all God will offer for eternity. Please no shenanigans when Giants play the Redskins.  Now I have an angel on my shoulders and will remember the good times.

We would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the Sclafani family.  Mother Sclafani please know that your family are in our prayers. Words cannot express the loss of Christopher.  Christopher meant a lot to us.  He was always happy and smiling.  He brought so much light into the lives of those around him.  

Christopher was a wonderful person and will be sorely missed by myself and the congregation at Higherland International Ministries, Miramar, Florida. Brother Christopher loved the Lord and looked forward to coming to church.  He truly enjoyed singing and praising the Lord. Christopher would call me several days ahead of time to ensure that I remembered that he needed a ride to church.  Brother Christopher was happy to share his faith with those who needed to hear it. Before his accident Christopher would pick up friends and bring them to church with him.  Christopher was well loved at the church and after his condition worsened and he was not able to attend church, numerous members would ask about him.

Christopher will be sorely missed by all of us who loved him.  I know there are a lot of people hurting right now, because Christopher was such a bright light in our lives.  He had a very outgoing personality and will be remembered for his kindness and sincere appreciation for people regardless of how long he knew them. Thank you, Christopher, for being such a good person, with an abundance of love and kindness.  While we miss him here, we know that he is now in a better place and he is now pain-free.

My dear brother Chris is part of the fabric of our family and forever we will miss him. Our only consolation is we know he is in Heaven and not suffering any longer. After his car accident in Feb of last year, it was a slow decline due to the injuries he sustained.  I walked with him through this journey until his last day where God took him suddenly with mercy and grace in his sleep.  Thank you all now and in advance for your kind words for Chris. Please keep praying for our family.

Dear Mama Janice, Joe, Debbie, Laurie, and the rest of the family, 
I hope you  know how much you were all part of my life growing up. Your family was my family.
It was so good to see Chris at one of the reunions or a couple of them, actually. Chris was so excited to tell me that Laurie was on her way, and I could not wait to see her. He loved getting everyone together. All of the boys in your family are so sweet and Chris was no exception. I am so sad for the pain that you are all feeling and I hope that as the days go by it does get a little bit easier. Please give mom a hug from me❤️

Shocked when I heard news from Joe! I had heard he was in an accident a while back, but thought he was on road to recovery. So sad and so young. I remember the early years, in PSN,  as the brothers played in the family and Grandpa's  yards. Innocent kids growing up in a fun time with friends and family. And all of us eating the best Italian food on the planet laughing and enjoying each other's company. He was a good kid! He'll be missed by many and nothing but fond memories of him and family. Be safe, be well and take care!  Life is too short. Enjoy what you can. And, family and friends should get closer together as we get older, not further apart. God bless! dave/fitz
