On Saturday July 24, 2021 Edward J. Murphy Sr., 70, peacefully passed away at Broward Health Medical Center in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl.

Edward is survived by his wife Frances Murphy, son Edward Jr., sisters Maureen Garcia (James), Kathleen Hartye and the late Eileen Murphy. Also survived by his daughters Jenn Benway and Sarah Bucholtz (Chris Wise), granddaughters Braelynn Hodges, Daniella Wise and grandsons Blake Dieter, Luka Wise and Kai Wise and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his former wife Melanie Murphy.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Friday, July 30, 2021 at Kraeer Funeral Home, 1199 Northeast 36 Street (E.Sample Road) Pompano, FL. 33064. Funeral Services will be held at 11:30 A.M. on Saturday, July 30, 2021 at Saint Nicholas Episcopal Church, 1111 East Sample Road, Pompano, FL. 33064.

Flowers and Donations welcome. Donations may be made to The American Lung Association or John Knox Village Foundation.
