Joao Da Costa

Joao Batista Da Costa, 63, of Pompano Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on October 8, 2023 at 12:12 a.m. in the arms of his family. He was born on November 24,1959 in Minas Gerais, Brazil, to the late Jose and Maria Da Costa. He married his beloved wife, Elizabeth Da Costa, in 1980 and together they raised five children: Bruno, Isabele, Daniele, Israele, and Joao Jr.

Joao was a loving, caring, hard-working, and great dad who always put his family first. He was a skilled carpenter who took pride in his craft and enjoyed creating beautiful structures. He was also a Christian who shared his faith with others. He had a warm personality and a generous heart that made everyone feel welcome and loved.

Joao is survived by his wife, Elizabeth; his children, Bruno, Isabele , Daniele, Israele, and Joao Jr, his grandchildren, Nicole, and Logan DeVeiga.

A funeral service will be held on October 10, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. - 7 p.m. at Kraeer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 1199 E sample Rd, Pompano Beach. Interment will follow at the Pompano Beach FL.

Joao will be dearly missed by all who knew him and his legacy will live on in his family and friends. He was a blessing to this world and now he rests in the arms of his Savior.
