Raymond was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey on May 12, 1938 into the arms of his loving mother Olga Figlo. He is survived by his wife Sharon Carr-Smith, his three children Raymond S Smith, Donna Notarnicola, Salli Wickel, four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Raymond was a devout believer of the Catholic Faith. He had a career in Asset Recovery traveling the country. He loved to dance. He entered many dance contests and won. Raymond loved the beach and the sun. When he retired he made his home in Pompano Beach, Florida. He has been a resident of The Christopher House for 30 years.
