Rosemary V. Calderone

CALDERONE, Rosemary 89, loving wife and devoted mother passed away peacefully at home in Delray Beach on December 10, 2013.She is survived by her caring husband of 69 years Andrew Calderone. She had 2 sons Phillip and Mark Calderone and 2 married daughters Mary Calderone-Hencinski son-in-law, Stephen Hencinski and Linda Anderson son-in-law, A.J. Anderson. She has one granddaughter,1stLt, USMC, Mia Hencinski. Rosemary enjoyed the friendship and attention of many family members and friends. She loved writing letters, reading, phone calls, and her pet cat. Rosemary, a devout Catholic, was a parishioner at Queen of the Most Holy Rosary in Lake Worth, FL. Rosemary was born in Chicago, IL worked as a model, joined the USO to help the war effort after WWII then moved to Florida and raised her family. She worked as a school secretary and when she retired, she and her husband traveled extensively throughout the US in their motor home. Visitation will be held from 2-5pm December 14, 2013 with a Funeral service at 10:30 am, on December 16, 2013 at Kraeer Funeral Home 1199 E Sample Road Pompano Beach, FL. Interment will follow at South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, FL
