Yolanda Zapata-Ramirez, age 49, of Coconut Creek, Florida passed away on Tuesday, May 25, 2021. Yolanda was born July 14, 1971 in Mexico.

Yolanda is survived by her spouse, Apolonio Martinez; daughter Lissett Martinez; daughter Melissa Martinez; and daughter Brianna Martinez.

Siblings, Poli Zapata, Chaya Zapata, Alfredo Zapata, Leo Zapata, Angelica Zapata, Efrain Zapata, and many nieces and nephews.

A mass of christian burial for Yolanda will be held Friday, May 28, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at San Isidro Catholic Church, 2310 Hammondville Road, Pompano Beach, FL 33069. Following the mass of christian burial will be an our lady queen of heaven cemetery from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1500 S. State Rd. 7, North Lauderdale, FL 33068.
