Carl was born on September 10, 1975 in Chicago, Illinois to Patricia Grace LaDuca Kruger and Carl Julius Kruger. Carl graduated from Stephen F. Austin High School in Port Arthur in 1994. He lived in the Port Arthur and Groves area for forty years and worked in the construction industry. He loved to go fishing and enjoyed playing sports and watching it with family and friends. Carl loved his Chicago sports teams as well as his Texas teams.
Survivors include his two daughters, Alyssa Grace Kruger and Allison Nicole Kruger and their mother Alicia Kruger all of Port Neches; father, Carl J. Kruger of Groves; mother, Patricia LaLonde and her husband Ted LaLonde of Fannett; sisters, Christina Warlick of Groves, Tracy Moreno of Groves, Nicole Provencio and her husband Erik of Port Neches; nephews Christian, Logan, Damian, and Valor; nieces Taylor, Kaylee, Marley and Ella; great niece Illyanna and aunts, uncles and cousins.
A visitation will take place from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Saturday, February 13, 2021, at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home in Port Arthur with a “Celebration of Life” Memorial Service to Honor Carl Joseph Kruger to be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Due to Covid-19, the family and funeral home request that everyone who attend services to wear a mask and practice Social Distancing at the funeral home.
