Harris is preceded in death by his Mother, Mary Noemi Delano, Father, Octave Jean Arabie; Step-mother Valmer Patin; brother, James(JC)Dugas; Son, Robert Stevens; Grandson, Justin Arabie and ex-wives, Darlene and Marvel.
Harris is survived by his sister, Linda Thibodeaux and husband Raymond; his children, Michelle Burke and husband Randy; Naomi Nelson and husband John; Angie Peltier and husband Chris; Jean B. Arabie; David Arabie and wife Valerie; Grandchildren, Brandee and husband Anthony; Brianna and husband Chad; Amanda and husband Rusty; Christopher and wife Marissa; Taylor; great-grandchildren, Victoria, Andrew, Ezekial, Jayden, Lexi, Carissa, Dylan, Brooklyn, Colin, Olivia, Madelyn, Isaac and great- great grandchildren, Halle, Kennady, and Luka.
Numerous family and adopted family throughout America.
A memorial service for Harris will take place on February 22, 2022 at 6 pm at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home.
