James Thomas Fellers

James Thomas Fellers, 83, of Bridge City, passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2012 in Port Arthur, Texas. He was born on September 11, 1929 in Port Arthur. Mr. Fellers had served in the U.S. Army, retired from DuPont and enjoyed golfing.

James is preceded in death by his wife, Emma Fellers; parents and a sister, Sybil Hebert.

He is survived by two daughters, Barbara Fournier and husband Paul of Delta, Ohio, Becky Castille of Orange; four granddaughters, Brittany Castille of Orange, Lisa Rutherford of Ann Arbor, Michigan, Rev. Stephanie Hughes of Tyler, Texas, Ginger Haddar of Ocean Springs, Mississippi; three great grandsons; one great granddaughter and numerous nieces and nephews.

A gathering of his family and friends will be held on Thursday, November 8, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home Chapel, Port Arthur.

Graveside services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 9, 2012 in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Groves with Rev. Stephanie Hughes and Rev. Brad Morgan officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to St. Paul United Methodist Church, 1155 W. Round Bunch Road, Bridge City, TX 77611.
