Joshua Salvador Ramirez, Jr. 3 days old, died October 14, 2011, at UTMB in Galveston Texas. He was called to heaven to serve as a guardian angel to his identical twin brother Josiah Ramirez. He was born to Joshua Salvador Ramirez, Sr. and Jennifer Pointe of Port Arthur, Texas.
Baby Joshua was preceded in death by his great grandparents George and Ruby Gautreaux, an Aunt, Lindsey Domingue and an Uncle, Joshua Domingue.
He is survived by his parents; his twin brother; maternal grandparents, Larry and Patricia Domingue of Groves; paternal grandparents, Gilberto and Tirza Ramirez of Port Arthur; brothers, Gabriel Cortez and Javel Cortez; sisters, Angelina Cortez, Cindy Ramirez and Selena Martinez; Aunts, Samantha Ramirez and Uncles, Gilberto Ramirez Jr., Jon Domingue, Jordan Domingue , Jayden Domingue, Jeremiah Domingue .
A gathering of his family and friends will be held on Friday October 21, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. until 2 p.m., at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home with burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves.
