Survivors include her, longtime companion to Carl Erickson. Daughter Cheryl Mackey-Wegnes, Douglas (Husband) of Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. Daughter Carole Miller, Clifford (Husband) of Portland, OR. Grand daughter Cori Elise Capetillo, Alberto (Husband) and great grandsons Gus and Syd. Life long member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Port Arthur, TX where she was active with Naomi Society, TLC Fun Bunch, the Choir, Ladies of Trinity, Thrift Shop and Altar Guild. A later member of Peace Lutheran Church. Attended Trinity Lutheran School, through eighth grade, graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and Port Arthur Business College

The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 21, 2024 at Grammier Oberle Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 22, 2024 in the chapel of Grammier Oberle Funeral Home. Mrs. Mackey will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
