Joyce Dianne Womack

Dianne was a kind, caring, and fun-loving person whose heart was devoted to helping others. She worked in the nursery at St. Mary Hospital, where caring for newborn babies was more than a job—it was her passion. The babies she cared for brought her immense joy, and she treasured every opportunity to nurture them.

Family was the center of Dianne's life. Her greatest happiness came from spending time with her nieces and nephews, whom she loved deeply. She was a homebody who enjoyed relaxing with television and watching scary movies, but Godzilla was always her favorite.

Dianne had a generous spirit and was always willing to help those around her in countless ways. Her kindness, compassion, and loving heart touched many lives and will never be forgotten.

Dianne is preceded in death by her father Wilburn Sossaman Jr. and

her sister Theresa Renee Guidry.

She leaves behind her loving mother, Janie Joyce Sossaman of Port Arthur, Texas along with many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins in Texas, Mississippi, and Arkansas, along with countless family members and friends who will cherish her memory forever. Our lives will never be the same without her, and she will be truly missed.

A memorial service celebrating Dianne's life will be held on August 29, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at 3845 Lewis Drive, Port Arthur, Texas.

Though she is no longer with us, Dianne's love, kindness, and beautiful spirit will remain in our hearts always.
