Kelly was a native of Nederland and lifelong resident of the Mid County area.
Kelly is survived by his sister Kylie Barras; his Aunt, Carolyn Kibbe; an Uncle, W.L. Graves and 2 nieces.
A graveside service will be on Friday, September 1, 2023 beginning at 10:00AM at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
