

For the last 16 years of his life, Khang called the Richmond State Supported Living Center home, where he was surrounded by compassionate caregivers who provided him with exceptional care, support, and kindness. His family is deeply grateful for the dedication, patience, and love shown to him by the staff throughout the years. Khang will be remembered for his gentle spirit, warm smile, fist bumps, and the joy he brought to those who knew him. His memory will forever remain in the hearts of his family, and all whose lives he touched. He found joy in life's simple pleasures and was happiest when spending time with the things and people he loved most. He enjoyed watching anime, playing Yu-Gi-Oh! cards, and sharing Vietnamese food with family.
He was preceded in death by his beloved brother, Khue Minh Pham.
He is survived by his loving parents, Diep Thi Pham and Lo Van Pham; his siblings, Nhu Minh Pham, Mong Dieu Thi Pham and her husband, Victor Ivan Cazares, and Kha Minh Kenny Pham; his niece, Alina Kieu Cazares; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, who will forever treasure his memory.
Pallbearers will be Kenneth Khuong Nguyen, Ken Khanh Nguyen, Victor Ivan Cazares, John Huy Pham, Martin Hoang Pham, Nhu Minh Pham, Preston Trieu Nguyen, Julian Nhat Pham and Dominic The Quyen Nguyen
Visitation and Prayer Service will be held on August 6, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A Catholic Funeral Mass to Celebrate the Life Khang Kevin Minh Pham will take place at Queen of Vietnam Catholic Church, 801 9th Ave, Port Arthur, Texas 77642, on August 8, 2026, at 9:00 am.
Burial Rites will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 3900 Twin City Highway, Groves, Texas 77619.
