Seem it was only yesterday, we were at their home celebrating something, a graduation, a baby shower, and Wayne was there enjoying cooking or grilling or boiling crawfish with all the trimmings. He loved entertaining, and cooking, he loved his family and friends, he will most definitely be missed. Rest In Peace Wayne.

I'm very sorry to hear of Wayne's passing. We worked together for several years starting with Judices French market , the Fishnet restaurant, and Hi-Lo auto parts in Port Arthur. He was always a fun guy to work with and a hard worker. We had a lot of great times together at work, fishing and hunting. He was a great cook and I learned some of that good Cajun cooking from him. We will miss him. Prayers for the family.

You have completed your earthly journey and gained your wings! It still doesn't seem real! For 49 years you have been my uncle and for a long time when I was growing up we spent a lot of time together. Thanks for teaching me how to make homemade boudain and always taking me to the camp with you. You trusted me to watch your kids when they were just babies. So many memories and emotions. I always assumed there would be tomorrow but you finished God's plan for you and answered your call to join him, Mawmaw, Papop and you finally got to meet Ramona. Until we meet again. I love you always .

Wayne will always be one of my special friends. He always had a smile on his face and totally loved life and people. Seems like every time I went down south from dallas, i would run into him at the old A&P store in Port Neches. Very honest man. Will miss you my brother! Luv from the Savoy's, Blayne, Vanessa & family.
