Rocky Lee Major

Born on August 22, 1955, in Lubbock, Texas, Rocky was a hardworking man. He worked at Chevron Phillips for 28 years through various contractors and spent the last 18 years with Zachry Group. Rocky enjoyed camping, fishing, and working with his tools. He was happiest spending time outdoors, fixing things, and helping those he loved.

Rocky is survived by his wife, Ginger (Broussard) Major; his daughter, Kristi (Major) Trevino and husband, Adair Trevino; his daughter Miranda Major; his grandson, Jacob Trevino; his brothers, Donny Major, Leslie Major, and John Cormier; and his sister, Kathy (Major) Hill.

In keeping with Rocky’s wishes, no public service will be held.

He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
