Rosa Smith-Flores, age 88, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away on Friday, February 9, 2024.
A visitation for Rosa will be held Wednesday, February 14, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A a funeral service & celebration of life will occur Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 10:00 AM.
Rosa will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
