Mrs. Se Thi Tran, age 69, of Pensacola, Florida passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 14, 2025. She was surrounded by her loving family, leaving behind cherished memories as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend.
Se was born in Phuoc Tinh, Phuoc Tuy, Vietnam to Gi Thi Nguyen and Qui Van Tran.
Se was survived by her husband, Luu Ngoc Nguyen (Hai Tranh) of Pensacola, Florida, her six sons, daughter, and their respective spouses: Trung (Thanh), Nghia (Hien), Tin, Kim Yen (Chris), Dung (Hannah), Tri and Peter (Rolynn). She leaves behind nine grandchildren: Austin, Alyna, Kayla, Mandy, Emma, Jacob, Aiden, Theodore and Wesley.
She was also survived by her father, Qui Van Tran of Port Arthur, Texas, and her eight younger siblings: Xuyen, Thanh, Trong, Mai, Linh, Quang, Dung and Chien.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Gi Thi Nguyen, and younger sister, Lan Bich Thi Tran.
Se’s family is so grateful for the love, prayers and support.
The family kindly requests no flowers, except for a few floral arrangements coordinated through Carl Johnsen’s Florist by phone at 409-833-5671.
Se was a devout Catholic. In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to honor Maria Se Thi Tran through prayer, a Catholic Mass intention, Rosary, or moment of quiet reflection.
