Survivors include his sons, Phi Q. Tran, Loan Tran, Phong Tran, Than Tran, Ai Tran and Luat Tran; his daughter, Thu-Thuy Tran; his brother Thuc Tran and a sister Ke Thi Tran. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
A prayers will be offered for Thuat will be held Wednesday, July 1, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Prayers will be offered with recitation of the Holy Rosary will occur Thursday, July 2, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral mass at The Queen of Vietnam will occur Friday, July 3, 2020 at 10:00 AM. A burial will occur at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
