

Born on January 10, 1951, in Queens, New York, Arlene lived a life centered on love, family, and finding joy in life's simple pleasures.
She was the beloved wife of Edmund Kramer, with whom she shared 54 wonderful years of marriage. Together, they built a loving home filled with cherished memories. While they enjoyed trips to Foxwoods together, Arlene was happiest appreciating the simple things in life and sharing time with those she loved most.
Arlene was the devoted mother of Kim Romero and her husband, Ralph, and the late Jason Kramer. She was a grandmother of four grandchildren, and she shared an especially close and treasured bond with her granddaughters, Leah and Sarah. Caring for them and spending time together brought her immeasurable happiness, and the love they shared will remain a lasting part of her legacy.
She is also survived by her loving sisters, Carol Jacobellis and her husband, Neil, and Kathy Para and her husband, Ron, along with many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
Those who knew her will remember her kind heart, generosity, unwavering devotion to her family, and the warmth she brought to everyone around her.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, from 2:00–4:00 p.m. and 7:00–9:00 p.m. at O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 4839 Nesconset Highway, Port Jefferson Station, New York 11776.
A prayer service will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Committal services and interment will immediately follow at Sea View Cemetery, 233 North Country Road, Mount Sinai, New York 11766.
