Carolyn N. Pacimeo

Born on January 4, 1941, in the Bronx, New York, Carolyn lived a life centered on love, family, and kindness. She will be remembered most for the unwavering devotion she showed to those she loved and the joy she found in simply being together with her family.

Carolyn was the beloved wife of Gary L. Pacimeo. She was also predeceased by her first husband, Peter Florio.

She was the loving mother of Peter Florio Jr. (Alice), Christopher Florio, Lynn Chalmers (Alastair), and the late Michael Florio.

Carolyn was the cherished grandmother of Alice (Eric), Samantha (Nicholas), Peter III, Kelly (Cory), Kayla, Brittany, Chelsea, Nicholas (Jamie), Seth (Rebecca), Aurora (Taylor), Noah, and the late Zachary. She was the adored great-grandmother of Marah, Merit, Elizabeth, Jackson, Cody, Kennedy, Caden, and Caleb, each of whom brought her immeasurable pride and happiness.

She was the dear sister of Johnny and Mary and was predeceased by her siblings Joey, Billy, Elizabeth, Sarah, Martha, and Margaret.

Carolyn found happiness in life's simple pleasures. She loved tending to her beautiful flower gardens, spending quiet afternoons reading novels by Stephen King and Patricia Cornwell, and playing games on her tablet. She had a special appreciation for doo-wop music and especially enjoyed listening to Elvis Presley and Dean Martin. Her faithful Havanese companion, Patches, was always close by and brought her great comfort and companionship.

For many years, Carolyn lovingly babysat children for local teachers. She genuinely enjoyed being around children, and her patient, caring nature made her a favorite among the families she helped.

Above all else, Carolyn's greatest joy was her family. Whether gathered for holidays, celebrations, or ordinary days together, she treasured every moment spent with those she loved. Her generous heart, warm smile, and unconditional love will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who were blessed to know her.
