David Winn Austin, age 81, of Port Jefferson, New York passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2022. Beloved husband of Anne. Loving father of Thomas and Douglas. Much loved brother of Elizabeth (Betty) Kochar and the late Louise Baryk and her husband Michael (Dennis). Dear brother-in-law of Vito Mattarella and his wife Anne and their daughter (niece) Lauren. Cherished uncle of Margaret (Maggie), David, Anjali, Aradhana and their families.
Reposing at the O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 4839 Nesconset Highway, Port Jefferson Station, NY 11776. Visitation Friday, October 21, 2022 at 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral service Saturday, October 22, 2022 at 11 AM at the funeral home. Lunch will follow the service at the funeral home.
